Hello,
I just wanted to introduce myself to the Association. I’ve been looking for a Twister for a little while and have just purchased Killaloe of Fowey, an all GRP Tyler Twister.
We will keep her in Cornwall on the Tamar for the time being. A very long trek from home but couldn’t think of a better cruising location (though I have huge loyalty to the east coast where I learned to sail some 20 years ago and had a Folkboat for a while).
The name connection is mere happenstance but as we also have Pye in the family and hail from East Anglia / Essex I will do some family tree research as it would be a pleasing connection to have (if there happens to be a time in the distant future when I am not studying Nigel Calder).
