Hello All
Progress report on the tank replacement.  The old tank void was gel coated and the new tank dropped in.  It has a teak "backstop" or rather a frontstop to discourage movement in that direction - though it is a snug fit.  It has a new 32mm filler hose, a 12mm blue hose to the new Whale pump and a 12mm breather hose.  It is fitted with a gauge, inset into the engine control panel and a 4 inch hatch which, though partially under the floor cross member, is accessible.  Due to the restricted width the Henderson standard hatch was too wide and a deck hatch was fitted in lieu.  The tank was pressure tested by Henderson Tanks to 2 bar.  The dimensions were 750mm length by 240mm width and sloping from 240mm for'd to 400mm aft.  Capacity is 58 litres.
