After owning many motor boats (three of which were Faireys designed by Alan Bernard and one by Soni Levy, so hopefully socially acceptable) I wish to return to sailing. I am looking for a Twister in really good condition, composite or all grp. I am aware of a number of Twisters on the market but if anyone is thinking of selling I would be delighted to hear from them. I am happy to wait for the “right boat” to come along. Many thanks

I and no expert, but your plan of waiting for the right boat sounds like a good plan. I started looking at Christmas and finally settled a deal last weekend. In that time I saw two others advertised that I liked, and both went in days. The ones that look really good do tend to go pretty quickly, so make sure you have a reasonable idea on what you must have and the things you might compromise on! Really good ones often come up where and owner is forced to sell through health or sadly even following a death often theses will have been lavishly loved over years…
