Hello everyone, I'm a new lucky owner of Wild Girl. Over the next few months I'll be finishing the restoration so you will definitely hear from me again in due course, for now, I just want to say hello and introduce myself. I look forward to interacting with you on the forum and hopefully see you at the next meet-up in London. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ian for being an awesome seller and letting me keep the mast behind his shed while the work is ongoing in the boatyard. I feel really lucky to be able to buy and work on Wild Girl and I can't wait to launch her next year. Below are a few pictures with Wild Girl in her current form, nicely wrapped like a giant burrito!

Thanks guys!
Alastair, that's correct, it is likely we will be boatyard neighbours soon, I have bought a yard trolley after Cyclone as well (I think that's the name of another wooden Twister that was at the club before), it is strange coincidence it became available right after I bough Wild Girl. I don't think I'll manage to move her to MCC before the winter kicks in but you will definitely see me on Medway next year. I feel like I owe you a drink next time I see you at the club, if you didn't tell me that there is a Twister for sale here I would never find her, I didn't even know such website exist!

It’ll be good to have another Twister around - seems to be bit of a 1 out 1 in situation. People might get a bit twitchy if you say you’re planning to race your Twister in the Club races though, I think a few people are still a touch sensitive after the beatings dished out by Peter Jessup back in the day!
